Biogas torch is used to treat petrochemical plants, oil refineries, landfills, breweries, farms, sewage treatment plants, energy and environmental protection, biogas projects, chemical plants and other plants or devices that cannot be collected and reprocessed. Combustible, combustible and toxic Special combustion facilities for gas and steam, biogas torch is an important measure to ensure the safe production of the factory and reduce environmental pollution. It converts combustible and combustible toxic gases and vapors into non-combustible inert gases.
 
Biogas will not only pollute the environment but also cause serious safety hazards. Therefore, centralized treatment of anaerobic biogas is required.

In order to solve the problem of surplus biogas and the inability to directly discharge, we designed and produced a biogas torch.
The biogas enters the torch and is burned and then discharged. The discharged gas meets environmental protection standards. The
biogas produced by some industrial projects is burned by a biogas torch to meet environmental protection emission requirements;
the landfill gas is burned through the torch to achieve safety and deodorization.

The biogas torch is a cylindrical tower structure. The top of the tower body is equipped with a wind-proof diversion cap. It is composed of a tower body, a burner, a valve, a flame arrestor and a control system. It has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient maintenance, and good combustion conditions. It can ignite the combustion head of the biogas torch under various bad weather conditions, such as rain and snow.

The main shell of the biogas torch is made of 304 stainless steel, the middle is an insulation material layer, and the inner tank is made of high-temperature castable. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. The surface temperature of the torch does not exceed 60°C, which fully guarantees the service life of the torch.

Biogas torch configuration: The biogas torch has the functions of flameout protection, power-off safety protection and tempering safety protection, convenient operation and safe operation. The built-in ignition system adopts automatic electronic ignition and is equipped with a permanent light. The permanent light is only turned off when the pressure is extremely low, and it stays on at other times to ensure the ignition success rate.

The biogas torch is equipped with a flame monitoring system. When no flame signal is detected, the system will automatically cut off the biogas supply to ensure safety. The biogas torch has internal combustion type and external combustion type, which can be selected according to the actual situation.

Introduction Of Biogas

Biogas is a kind of combustible gas formed by microbial decomposition and fermentation of organic matter under anaerobic conditions. Its main components are methane, nitrogen and carbon dioxide. Under normal circumstances, the methane content in biogas is 45% to 65%, and carbon dioxide is 20% to 20%. 30% and a small amount of impurities. It is a very harmful greenhouse gas that pollutes the atmosphere. The emission of a large amount of biogas and chemical exhaust gas (containing methane CH4) will cause the temperature of the atmosphere to rise, and the severe weather has caused huge economic losses. It can be discharged after treatment.

 

Torch Structure

The torch tower body adopts a metal outer cylinder + fire-resistant refractory material insulation structure.

  • The temperature control system is adopted to detect and control the ambient temperature in the combustion tower to achieve reasonable theoretical conditions (800-1000°C) for full combustion of exhaust gas, biogas or other harmful gases from oxidation treatment plant. Prevent the high temperature of the combustion system from producing NOx. (If equipped)
